So after a very long day and almost no sleep at the hospital, Kate is exhausted. She has been sleeping every moment I tell her I am watching Elizabeth. In fact she is trying to catch some right now.
Mom here, Andrew went to go take care of our precious girl. She gets the hiccups a lot. Imagine the cutest little hiccups that come every couple of seconds and shake her entire little body.
She was very alert this morning (after she was fed a couple times of course), and surprisingly so was her mom! Its amazing what a couple of hours will do for Kate. She and I traded off some duties after she fed Elizabeth each time last night. Granted I would just fall asleep with Elizabeth all wrapped up on my belly, but that is teamwork (baby).
