Biscotti Anyone

I got an itch to make homemade biscotti. I will admit in the past I have not been known to be a huge biscotti fan. But that all changed last weekend. My parents gave Andrew and I a subscription to Food and Wine Magazine. I was flipping through it last week and found this.

I change the recipe a little since I am not a pistachio fan. I used almonds instead and it was the perfect substitute. It was delicious. I think the rum used in recipe gave it an extra kick! The chocolate biscotto was perfectly paired with a cappuccino.
